This dust collector is designed for laser marking devices with relatively short operating times. It is suitable for collecting low-adhesive fumes, such as those produced from metal and glass.
In order to realize our concept of “small size and high performance”, we have newly developed the fan motor at the heart and its control. Compared to other companies’ equivalent products, we have achieved a 50% reduction in volume. We will contribute to the miniaturization of equipment, which has been highly requested in recent years. Of course, both 50Hz / 60Hz can be used with the same performance.

The size of the suction port flange can be replaced with a single touch.
Due to the special structure, the collision-buffered dust becomes large particles and is collected by the primary filter. The material used in the primary filter is polypropylene pleated and cassette type. A disposable type that can be easily replaced.
Fine particles that are not collected by the primary filter collide with each other as they pass through the granular activated carbon and are collected. At this time, the odor is also adsorbed at the same time.
It collects fine dust from the activated carbon filter to purify the air and exhaust it. The high-performance filter catches the particles that were not collected by the secondary filter. The invasion of activated carbon particles into the blower side is also prevented here.
