For Laser Marking
The compact dust collector for laser marking, CBA-750/1000/1500, is suitable for suctioning highly sticky fumes generated during the laser marking process. Equipped with a special filter that takes into account the characteristics of the fumes, this dust collector can be used for long periods of time without losing suction power, even in environments where regular dust collectors are prone to clogging.
Dust collector structure & features
① Primary filter (*Patent and utility model acquired)
This is a cassette type filter integrated with a fume adsorbent (zeolite). It has a vibration type dust removal function, which can restore the filter performance to a state close to the initial state.
■ Dust removal function (vibration type)
When the accumulated operation time exceeds one hour and the unit is stopped, the shaking arm automatically rubs and vibrates the back of the filter. This causes the first layer of the filter to peel off and fall off, returning the filter to a state close to its original state. Even if the accumulated operation time is less than one hour, the shaking can be performed manually from the panel as necessary.
② Easy to attach and detach flanges
The size of the suction and exhaust flanges can be changed with a single touch.
*The exhaust flange diameter must be equal to or larger than the suction flange diameter.

Protects electrical components from dust.

The blower’s suction pressure automatically increases according to the load on the blower’s primary and secondary filters, preventing a decrease in suction power caused by the load of clogged filters.
⑤ Activated carbon cassette:
This cassette type absorbs odors and can be easily replaced.
⑥ Exhaust filter
HEPA filter is equipped as standard, and it corresponds to clean class 100,000 to 10,000. Collection efficiency is 0.3μ and 99.97% or more.
Operations & Control (accessories sold separately)
(1) Primary filter
Uses a cassette type filter that integrates a filter and fume adsorbent zeolite. [Patent / utility model acquired]
Dust removal function [vibration type]
The shaking arm automatically rubs and vibrates the back of the filter when the cumulative operation time elapses for more than 1 hour and stops. As a result, the primary layer of the filter is peeled off and dropped, and the filter is returned to a state close to the initial state. In addition, if high-speed automatic shaking is required in less than 1 hour, it is also possible to manually shake by operating the panel.
(2) Easy attachment / detachment flange

(3) Secondary filter
Protects electrical components from dust.
(4) Blower
The suction pressure of the blower automatically increases according to the load of the primary filter and the secondary filter. It does not make you feel the decrease in suction power due to clogging load.
(5) Activated carbon cassette
It is a cassette type that absorbs odors and can be easily replaced.
(6) Exhaust filter
Equipped with HEPA filter as standard, it supports clean class 100,000-10,000. The collection efficiency is 0.3μ99.97% or more.
